Emma & Peter were married last summer at The Palm House in Sefton Park, Liverpool. I was recently contacted by Perfect Wedding Magazine, as they wanted to feature one of my weddings as Real Life Wedding in the magazine.
The magazine had a spring/summer wedding in mind, and after looking at various options they decided they would like to feature Emma & Peter’s wedding. They were both delighted to be featured, so a big thank you from me to Emma & Peter. When the magazine comes out I’ll post an update, but in the mean time, here are some of the images from the big day last year:

The Palm House is a lovely, and very unique venue, set in the centre of Sefton Park in Liverpool.

I love sunny days like this, it brings out the smiles and makes for great natural photographs.

Emma looked stunning, and was beaming with happiness when she arrived.

Looking at this photo, you might be forgiven for thinking it was an outdoor wedding in a tropical location, but al fresco ceremonies aren’t very practical in this part of the world. One nice thing about the Palm House is that it’s like having an outdoor wedding, but without the risk of cold, wind and rain!

I love this shot of Emma with the sun silhouetting her from behind.

Emma’s lush bouquet matched her dress and the venue perfectly:

It’s really nice to cover the speeches, it gives me an opportunity to capture the guests reactions as well as the speakers.

The best man’s speech hit all the right notes, including the tradition of groom humiliation of course.
